About Alexandria Housing Authority

The Housing Authority for the City of Alexandria was chartered as a public corporation, under the state of Louisiana, for the purpose of providing safe and sanitary dwelling accommodations for the residents of the City of Alexandria. AHA is governed by a five-member board of commissioners and has an Executive Director to manage day-to-day operations.
